SHIPPING:

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the residence address of the customer or any other natural person of his choice.

Delivery can not be made to hotels or PO boxes.

In order for these deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access code , names and / or intercom numbers, phone for international shipments etc.).

The times indicated are indicative times, corresponding to the average time of treatment and delivery.

The Company FAKIR DESIGN can not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of delivery not being of its fact.

Damages:

We strongly advise you to check the contents in the presence of the postman, if the package is damaged, you will have to ask him a degradation finding.

As soon as you signed the delivery no claim can be made.

– Precautions to be taken when receiving the goods :

Remember to ensure that the product(s) are not damaged (either apparent or after unpacking).

The carrier is obliged to grant you the necessary time for unpacking for verification.

– If the product is damaged :

Either you accept the product.

Either you refuse the product and the carrier is responsible for returning it to FAKIR DESIGN.

ATTENTION: the words “subject to unpacking” do not constitute a characteristic reserve and have NO LEGAL VALUE.

It is therefore essential that you describe precisely the condition of the packaging and / or your product (Broken, damaged packaging, torn …).

Please note that verification of the status of your product is deemed to have taken place once the delivery note has been signed.

Consequently, NO COMPLAINT WILL BE ADMISSIBLE IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE INDICATIONS (article L. 133-3 of the Commercial Code).

You have a 3 day clearance period to report any incoming incident (by registered letter with A / R).

If you keep the goods, it is essential that you keep the items in the condition in which they were delivered to you (accessories, instructions, packing (s) and over-packaging included).

RETURNS:

Returns are the responsibility of the customer, who must return the new products (in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed) with the order number to the following address:

The FAKIR DESIGN Company shall reimburse the Customer for any sums already paid, less any shipping costs, under the conditions set out in the following Article below :

Refund:

Refunds of the products will be made by FAKIR DESIGN Company within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days after the receipt by it of said products. The refund will be made according to the same method of payment chosen by the customer at the time of his order or by the delivery of voucher.
